You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Absolutely amazed to see the Jhula/Palana, this is exactly what I wanted. There are so many jhulas available and all of them are beautiful. But my eyes were stuck on this and I wanted it. I ordered it, received it on 17th, i.e. three days before promised time. About the packaging, it was done using newspapers to provide cushion to the wooden frame and packed in a sack, and closely woven for more protection; overall three layers to protect it from damaging. We were very excited while opening it, and it took some time. I can trust there was some thought given to this as it was to travel all the way from Gujarat to Bangalore. Now about the Jhula: You know there are emotions attached with such an item and I think the very look and feel of the jhula justified those. I think it is much bigger than what I thought it would be. The wooden frame can be easily assembled, i.e. top frame, side frames and the jhula/palana itself. The color, design patterns are all very good, the painting is very beautiful, kudos to the artists!
I got it for celebrating Janmashtami with family and friends. I am sure they are all going to love it a lot.
The best part is that it is a Palana and not only a jhula and it reminds of my visit to the nearby temple in my childhood days.
